Cute, funny or horrible stuff (part 2) ...
CAVEAT: These links contain anti-Microsoft material. This is not a
political statement. I just think they are funny. If you are offended by
anti-Microsoft humor, don't follow these links.
- Do you also long back for the days when men were men and kids were kids
and kids were playing with the
Commodore 64? (Note, this link points to an
animated gif. View with something capable of showing animated gifs.)
- Here's a song which is
clearly inspired by Roberta Flack's Killing me softly. The format is
MP3.
- This picture
reminds me a lot of by Locutus of Borg. The latter
ecsaped the collective though.
- Somewhere in '98 I found this picture
on the net. Seems to be getting real, doesn't it?
- And now on the serious side, how glad am I that I am not a client
of this bank.
- Another serious one, this is an mpeg movie of the now infamous
Windows 98 crash during a Comdex demo
(size: 2557956 bytes).
- A lot of people whine about the intuitive and userfriendly
point'n'click user interface of Windows. I agree with Bruce
Ediger and Alan Cox, this is the only
intuitive interface and this is the
only usable point and click interface.
- Nick Petreley once wrote: "...I'm not one of those who think
Bill Gates is the devil. I simply
suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't
need an interpreter."
